Photo a Day Project, 2013: Day 365+1

When I started this project I didn't know whether I would make it all the way to the end, whether I would post every day or just post a week's worth of pictures at a time, or if I would even have something to take a photo of every day, so to have finished it and to have had the chance to share this last year with everyone through these photos has been great! Over the course of the 365 days, this blog received nearly 18,000 hits, so I just wanted to thank everyone for following my 2013 Photo a Day Project!

Happy New Year, and good luck to my friends who are taking on their own photo projects this year - enjoy it, and prepare for the days when midnight is approaching and you realise you haven't taken a picture yet =P

I made it!

364 days ago, this project started with (to quote myself, from the very first post) 

"the ever glamorous mirror selfie" - so I felt it was only fitting to end it the same way!

It has gone ridiculously fast - I can hardly believe I have posted a photo here every single day of this year! It has been a crazy, awesome year and I hope it has been the same for all of you!

Bring on 2014!!

Sometimes when I realise I haven't taken any photos on a certain day, I search my computer for other things that happened on this date in previous years... And tonight, I discovered that it was on this night last year that I decided I was going to tackle the Photo a Day Project this year, and drafted the very first post! 

350 days worth of photos later, the end is in sight... Can't believe how it has flown!!
