Last ANZAC Day, I was in Kalgoorlie! 

I went to a commemorative service at the Town Hall, then had lunch in one pub, picked up Mum and Nan from the Prospector, and had tea in another pub.

Apparently it's the longest wooden jetty in the southern hemisphere..? 

Sure felt like it when I was walking the almost 2 kilometres back from the end in the cold!
